A life-long Michigan resident, Mary Ann’s education includes a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Addictions from Madonna University.
Mary Ann has been in practice for over 25 years and has enjoyed working with people who have goals to make changes to improve their lives. Mary Ann utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Humanistic and Reality based therapies and also provides Christian or faith-based practices.
Mary Ann has worked with children and adults, providing counseling to parents and children. She has also worked with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship and marital issues, family issues and offers support to persons during employment transitions. Mary Ann has also provided Stress Management groups for those who are suffering from stress related to family or employment issues.
Mary Ann provides a safe and confidential service to all of her patients. Her motto is “learn to be your best self!”
