Ashley accepts each client is their own unique individual, and each client may benefit and respond to different theoretical approaches. However, the main theoretical approaches Ashley aligns with are Humanistic and Person-Centered Therapy, while incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Ashley trusts every individual can reach their fullest potential and goals through self-exploration, self-awareness, self-growth and self-actualization. Ashley believes in a strong therapeutic relationship and will help develop this with not only good communication but honesty, empathy, trust, compassion and respect. Ashley practices this in a warm, safe, open and structured environment where clients are able to freely express their thoughts and feelings with no judgment or discrimination. Ashley looks forward to walking with and helping guide individuals to make progress at their pace, in their personal journey to become the best version of themselves and meet their personal goals.
Ashley looks forward to working with adolescents, adults and couples; whether you are struggling with depression, trauma and/or adjustment challenges or having difficulty with communication or relationship issues, Ashley will work with you and walk with you on your personal journey.
