Hayley’s therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered counseling and behavioral therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, she takes an integrative, holistic approach, tailoring therapy to the individual by drawing from various therapeutic modalities to ensure the most effective treatment for each person.
Above all, Hayley strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where clients feel empowered and heard. She believes that every client is the expert of their own life and views the therapy role as one of exploration and collaboration. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, facing challenges in your relationships, or seeking personal growth, Hayley is committed to supporting you on your path toward healing and self-discovery.
