As your clinician, she believes that you have the solution to your dilemmas all within yourself and she is here to help highlight your strengths while providing support, encouragement, and acceptance.

She enjoys working with a variety of clients, especially those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image issues, eating disorders, substance use, relationship issues, trauma, and grief-and-loss. She strives to make this counseling journey safe, fun, supportive, and positive for you.
