She draws upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing while tailoring treatment to the specific needs of each client. Talia works with adults on a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, as well as other issues related to navigating difficult life transitions and managing life stressors.
