Angela Glaspie
MA, LPC
Angie Glaspie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rochester College.
Angie enjoys working with adults, seniors, adolescents, couples, and groups. Angie believes that therapy provided should be unique to each client’s needs. She considers herself eclectic in her theoretical approach, drawing on the strengths of the client and employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Psychoeducation, Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness skills. She views her clients holistically, recognizing the connection between the body, spirit and mind, while fostering health and healing in each of those areas. Angie is passionate about providing a safe space for her clients to engage in a trusting therapeutic relationship which she believes is foundational for hope and healing.
Angie has worked with a variety of issues including addiction and recovery, anger management, anxiety, budget counseling, career changes, co-dependency, communication skills, conflict resolution, depression, divorce recovery, faith based counseling, forgiveness, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, self- acceptance, and trauma.
