Lauren Lietaert, PMHNP-BC

Lauren Lietaert is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Lauren received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, Michigan in 2013. Prior to that she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oakland University, Michigan in 2008. Lauren has been practicing as a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner for over nine years and has been certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Throughout her career, Lauren has worked in various clinical settings, including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community health centers. Lauren has over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field and has worked with individuals across the lifespan with a range of psychiatric conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia. 

In their role as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Lauren is responsible for conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing personalized plans for medication management. Lauren prioritizes collaborating with clients and their families. and working together to identify their unique needs and goals. Lauren firmly believes in a holistic approach to care, incorporating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
