Jeanine believes in a Person-Centered intervention utilizing eclectic therapeutic approaches that include Mindfulness, role play, Dialectic Behavioral skills training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy. She believes that utilization of these theoretical orientations/techniques along with psycho-education and the practice of developing healthy coping skills will provide you with the strength you seek through therapy to become the best version of you in self-exploration and growth. Jeanine is experienced in working with clients presenting with dual diagnosis, DID, BPD, Substance Use Disorders, Schizoaffective, PTSD, Schizophrenic, and Bipolar as well as with individuals seeking to manage or decrease symptoms causing distress with impairment in functioning. Jeanine has experience working with clients aged 11-65.
