    MA, LPC, NCC, SCL

I am here to help people wherever they are in life. It is an honor to journey alongside another’s life as they initiate change and grow. Growth and change are often complex, and I want to offer a safe place for people to learn about themselves and thrive.

As a clinical psychotherapist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals and families facing various challenges. With a background in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and specializations in grief and loss, legal and ethical issues, as well as ADHD, I offer a comprehensive approach to therapy.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Design and Merchandising from Wayne State University and my Masters of Art in Counseling from Oakland University. I am a licensed practicing counselor, holding a School Counseling license and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field and continue to pursue professional development opportunities to expand my knowledge to better serve my clients.

My experience extends to working with trauma, depression, anxiety,  school-related issues, and more. I have worked with families and individuals in a variety of settings, both in schools and clinical environments. Additionally, I am an active member of the American School Counseling Association and the Michigan School Counseling Association.

Beyond my clinical work, I am dedicated to community outreach and education. I provide QPR training (Questions, Persuade, Refer) to the community, serve as a board panelist for discussions on affirming gender identity, and conduct presentations on neurodivergent brain development. I also serve as a supervisor for LLCs in the state of Michigan.

Let me meet with you where you are at in life. There are often a lot of emotions when one begins therapy, and it can be terrifying to learn about yourself. I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey, your growth process, or to be there for your discoveries.
