Disclaimer for Good Faith Estimate for Cash Pay and Out of Network Clients

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers need to offer “Good Faith Estimates” of anticipated therapy costs to private-pay clients or clients utilizing out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, at the start of treatment, or upon request. 

At All Things Possible Wellness Center, in your intake session, you will recieve an indiviudalized Good Faith Estimate Form which will estimate your cost for therapy for the year, depending on the agreed upon, and pre-determind rate.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
