She strives to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She recognizes that everyone faces challenges at times and is passionate about helping adults build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
