Sara Kaskorkis

MA, LLC

Sara earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University, following the completion of her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the same institution.

Sara has a passion for working with children and adolescents, and she is especially attuned to the unique developmental, emotional, and social challenges they face. Sara is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and respected, one where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences openly and without judgment. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered and cognitive behavioral techniques, while also utilizing an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of methods to meet each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She values collaboration in the therapeutic process and works closely with clients to tailor treatment in a way that feels meaningful and empowering. Sara believes that every individual already holds the strength and wisdom they need within themselves. Her role is to walk alongside her clients; supporting, guiding, and empowering them as they discover those strengths and move toward healing and personal growth.

She is here not to “fix,” but to listen deeply, encourage self-trust, and honor each client’s journey. With warmth, authenticity, and compassion, Sara is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change in their lives.
